1. Use of the Platform
Tikiti provides an online platform for browsing, booking, and purchasing tickets for movies, events, and other experiences.
By using Tikiti, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes
- Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
- Tikiti supports login via email/password and Google authentication
- We may suspend accounts suspected of fraudulent or abusive activity
3. Ticket Purchases & Payments
Pricing & Availability
- All ticket prices are listed on the platform and may change without notice
- Seat availability is dynamic and not guaranteed until payment is completed
Payments
All payments are processed securely through third-party providers:
- Bank of Maldives (BML)
- Maldives Islamic Bank (MIB)
- Dhiraagu
- Ooredoo
Tikiti does not store any card or payment details.
Failed Transactions
- If a payment fails, tickets will not be confirmed
- Any temporary seat reservations may be released automatically
4. Ticket Delivery & Entry
- Tickets are delivered digitally via your Tikiti account and/or email
- Each ticket contains a unique identifier (QR/barcode)
- Users must present valid tickets for entry
Tikiti is not responsible for:
- Lost, shared, or stolen tickets
- Unauthorized duplication or misuse
5. Cancellations, Refunds & Changes
General Policy
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, unless stated otherwise.
Exceptions
Refunds or exchanges may be allowed if:
- An event is cancelled
- An event is rescheduled
- Required by applicable law
In such cases, refunds are processed according to the event organizer's policy. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
6. Event Responsibility
Tikiti acts as a platform connecting users with event organizers.
- Event details (time, venue, content) are provided by organizers
- Tikiti is not responsible for changes, cancellations, or quality of events
- Any disputes regarding the event itself should be directed to the organizer
7. Seat Selection & External Sales
- Selected seats are temporarily reserved during checkout
- Seats may be sold through external channels or blocked by authorized personnel (e.g., backoffice users)
Tikiti maintains a centralized system to reflect accurate seat availability, but does not guarantee real-time perfection in all cases.
8. Data & Privacy
Your use of Tikiti is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Event organizers may request ticket-related information (including user details), and Tikiti reserves the right to approve or deny such requests.
9. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Resell tickets unlawfully or at unauthorized prices
- Use bots, scripts, or automation to purchase tickets
- Attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities
- Interfere with platform performance or security
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tikiti is not liable for:
- Event cancellations, delays, or changes
- Losses resulting from unauthorized account access
- Technical issues beyond our control
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected ticket(s).
11. Service Availability
- Tikiti does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
- We may suspend or modify the platform for maintenance or upgrades without notice
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time.

- Continued use of Tikiti constitutes acceptance of updated terms
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives.
